 We offer 2 types of shipping: 

- Free shipping: There are no shipping costs.
- Insured shipping: For insured shipping, the customer must pay a shipping fee of $4.99.

  1. Shipping Destinations:

Sydney Bloom offers shipping services within Australia to ensure timely and efficient delivery to all our customers.

  1. Processing Time and Transit Time:

 For all shipping options, the processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), and the transit time is 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that these are estimated times and can be subject to variations due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions. 

The actual arrival time of products = Processing Time + Transit Time.

  1. Delivery Terms:

Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow the progress of your order. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@sydneybloom.com.

  1. Order Tracking:

To track an order, you can visit the "Track Your Order" page and enter the tracking number or order number and email.

  1. Change Address:

If you need to modify the delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is shipped. 

  1. Multiple Addresses:

For a single order, we don't provide shipping to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each address where you want the items delivered. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to us at info@sydneybloom.com. 

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately for assistance.
